Service Department - Preventive Maintenance Program

Our service department know s that keeping your equipment up and running is a must. Our preventative maintenance program assures that your equipment does just that. We offer 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, & 365 day intervals. Our team stays in contact with our customers so they know when the inspections are due. We provide a documented “Quality Assurance Program” on all equipment we repair and calibrate. All documentation is traced back to National Institute of Standards and Technology (N.I.S.T.)

Routine Maintenance will includes:

• Inspect all equipment for physical damage
• Perform a multipoint test with certified test weights
• Make any adjustments needed to confirm to accuracies set by the State of Texas and Handbook 44
• Complete inspection report which includes make, model, capacity, dimension, serial numbers, location, record “As Found” weight readings, record “As Left” weight readings
• Calibration Stickers are placed on each calibrated instrument

Can't Find a Certificate of Calibration

No problem. Our customers have the ability to log in via our website and retrieve all calibration documents. This is just another service that we offer our Great Customers.
